Yes, investor can invest in more than one company. It is general practice to diversify portfolio, as an advisable investment strategy. Also, investor gets opportunity to invest in more startup companies.

Funds are parked in escrow account. Startup company will fulfil processes and accept/reverse investors. Basing startup company discretion funds will be routed respectively. Final Approval for funds settlement is done through our Trustee Partner registered with SEBI.

It is mandatory to sign & execute agreement. Post agreement signing, instrument will be visible in investor console.

Generally, it is 30 days process post campaign is over on our platform.

Investors can request for refund within 48 hours of investment made. Request can be sent to support@infubiz.com

In case of over subscription of campaign, startup company may:
• Accept investors partly
• Accept part amount of investors, few or all
• Accept subscribed amount
This discretion lies at startup fund raising company.

Startup company holds right to disapprove investment amount. Before funds are transferred from escrow account. Investors can invest that amount in other startup campaign on INFUBIZ. Alternatively, funds will be credited in your bank account within 7 days, if not invested in other campaign.

Investors can view their investments in respective INFUBIZ console. Startup companies are urged to update their growth periodically. Once that is done, you can see your investment analytics on INFUBIZ console itself.

Investment will be liquidated at startup companies discretion. Generally, on event such as Series A+ stages, Merger & Acquisition, Pre-IPO, IPO etc. Investor have to wait for liquidity event to materialise their investment. Such events are just possibilities and is not guarantee. Startup investments are, generally, long term investment category.

2% platform fees will be applicable while making investment.
2% platform fees will be applicable while liquidation on total return amount.
*GST will be levied on amount of fees

Yes, along with company documents we may request for, additional documents & information basing your company evolution. Campaign related material has to be shared along with.
